There's no central server to trust. A rotating set of verifiers checks each exploit's reproduction and votes, weighted by stake, before any escrow moves.
Cheating means convincing that set you proved something you didn't — which means forging a sandbox hash, which means losing your stake. The economics make honesty the only winning move.
